The Workflow Controller plays a vital role in staffing, planning, and achieving site specific goals across Wayfair's Fulfillment Network. They work to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost efficient processing of the perfect order to our customers. **What You'll Do*** You will create daily operating plans for a site and resolve variances between plan, actuals, and goals.
