Landscape Sales \& Design Manager **Sunrise Landscape \| Northern Virginia** **Full\-Time \| Leadership Position** **Compensation: $80,000–$130,000\+ Commission plan, based on experience and performance** We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell a landscape before it exists. Sunrise Landscape is looking for an experienced landscape sales professional to lead and develop our sales team. We’re not looking for someone whose management experience consists primarily of reviewing reports and asking salespeople whether they hit their numbers. We’re looking for someone who can walk a property with a client, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, see opportunities they may not have considered, develop a practical design solution, understand how it will actually be built, estimate it profitably, and confidently present and sell the project.
