Crown Home Care is hiring a Registered Nurse Instructor to teach in our New York State DOH\-approved Home Care Aide Training Program. This is a classroom and skills\-lab role. No bedside shifts, no on\-call. Responsibilities \- Teach HHA and PCA classes and run hands\-on skills labs \- Prepare lesson plans and evaluate student competencies \- Maintain student records per DOH training program requirements \- Uphold program quality and compliance standards Requirements \- Active New York State RN license \- At least 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in Article 36/40 home care (DOH requirement for program instructors) \- Clear of federal and state exclusion lists \- Teaching or training experience preferred but not required \- Fluent in English or Spanish required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred Pay: $45\.00 \- $60\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
