Keep a clean and organized purchasing area (Walk\-ins, receiving area etc.) Make sure a receiving date and expiration date is on all Products. Become a participating, active member of the Dietary team. Lead and assist purchasing assistant. **JOB SUMMARY:*** Maintain a clean and organized all walk\-ins, including and not limited to the station walls, floor and storage areas and equipment pertinent to the purchasing area.
