We are seeking an experienced **Construction Development \& Preconstruction Manager** to evaluate multifamily development opportunities and move projects from **feasibility through approvals, pre\-construction, and construction**. ### **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate **project feasibility, zoning, site conditions, construction costs, and pro formas**. * Prepare and review **budgets, cost estimates, scopes, schedules, and construction proposals**. * Review architectural, civil, structural, and construction plans. * Manage **zoning, planning, permitting, entitlements, and municipal approvals**. * Serve as the primary liaison with **city and township officials, planning and zoning boards, building departments, engineers, and other agencies**. * Attend municipal meetings, **present project applications, respond to agency comments, resolve approval conditions, and move projects through the approval process**. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, attorneys, contractors, and consultants. * Identify design, cost, construction, and approval issues early. * Review contractor/subcontractor pricing and lead **value engineering**. * Track **project costs, approvals, schedules, and risks** f...
