Job Summary: This position manages incoming raw materials, supplies, and backhauls. This position also ships finished products to storage and customers. Required Skills/Abilities:* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel * Proficient and skilled with ERP tools * Forklift and pallet jack certification Responsibilities:* Overseeing warehouse and sampling * Assure that all receiving is done correctly * Check outbound orders * Monitor ADP * Enforce all GMP rules and regulations * Conduct alchemy training as needed * Prepare \& maintain a variety of records and logs, prepare reports as required * Maintain good attendance * Perform other duties as assigned Inbound Shipments* Determine a storage location for all inbound shipments before arrival * Communicate with the logistics manager regarding appointments for all inbound shipments * Creating an inbound procedure to ensure the accuracy of inbound shipments, including but not limited to quantity, visual quality, weight, and expiration dating * Data entry of purchase order receipts within Navision, ensuring accurate code date info when applicable * Ensuring the proper and timely flow of paperwork to purchasing * Notifying purchasing...
