**Role:** Manager in Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management within the Provider Modernization Practice. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assess provider organization capabilities across patient access and revenue cycle functions through site observations, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and process mapping. * Leverage AI tools to enhance revenue cycle and access functions, including EHR, CRM, payment management, automation, and analytics. * Design or redesign business processes integrating AI solutions like RPA and IA for improved efficiency, adapting methodologies to complex situations. * Manage program activities, prepare engagement work papers, briefings, and status reports for healthcare clients. * Conduct research, data collection, analysis, and develop narratives to support project deliverables and presentations. * Lead and mentor internal teams, oversee performance reviews, and ensure project goals are met. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations improvement, systems integration, or relevant industry expertise. * At least two years of supervisory experience managing teams. * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Admin...
