Tee Up Advisors is a fractional CFO firm working with founder\-led and PE\-backed companies. We handle the forward\-looking side (forecasting, board prep, capital markets, M\&A prep). We're looking for a controller to handle the backward\-looking side underneath us: clean books, accurate close, reporting we can trust. This is contract work (1099\), part\-time and flexible, spread across multiple client engagements at once. You won't be embedded in one company full\-time. You'll be the accounting backbone across several. What you'll do: * Own month\-end and quarter\-end close for multiple clients * Review and clean up bookkeeping done by others where needed * Build monthly and quarterly reporting packages that actually tell an owner how their business is doing * Work inside each client's existing systems (QuickBooks and industry\-specific tools like practice management software) * Flag issues before they become CFO\-level problems, not after What we need from you: * Several years of controller or senior accounting experience, ideally across multiple clients or industries * QuickBooks fluency, non\-negotiable * Comfortable working independently.
