Currently seeking a Clinical Research Study Coordinator to join our team! Job Duties * You will be responsible for managing the receipt and distribution of initial startup activities for clinical trials proposed to and/or entering into the designated study programs. * You will be responsible for input of all clinical trial lead activities into the systems utilized by current clinical trial. * You will serve as a point of contact for internal Cape Fear Retina departments, physicians and staff, Contract Research Organizations, and Pharmaceutical companies. * You will serve as a point of contact during clinical trial feasibility, operational review, planning, and implementation stages up until the point of site selection. * You will maintain a database of potential pharmaceutical and CRO relationships * You will follow up with correspondence to new leads * Track site metrics relating to site selection process for each Strategic Site * You will update and distribute meeting agendas and reports, as requested * You will maintain and update all Site profiles, capabilities and welcome packets * You will create and maintain all Strategic site pages including uploading study documents and c...
