Position Overview: Warren Henry Auto Group is seeking an experienced **Finance \& Insurance Manager** for our Lincoln North Miami dealership. The F\&I Manager is responsible for providing customers with financing and protection\-product options while maximizing dealership profitability, maintaining strong lender and product\-provider relationships, and ensuring every transaction meets the highest standards of compliance and customer service. The ideal candidate is a proven automotive F\&I professional who is highly organized, performance\-driven, customer\-focused, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced luxury dealership environment.
