**Position Overview** Our recruiting agency is partnering with an established commercial electrical construction company to identify an experienced **Construction Safety Manager** to lead and strengthen its organization\-wide Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), construction safety, and fleet safety programs. This position is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive workplace safety initiatives that protect employees, reduce operational risk, and ensure compliance with applicable OSHA regulations, Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, customer\-specific safety standards, and internal policies. The successful candidate will provide hands\-on safety leadership across active construction sites, offices, warehouses, and equipment yards while promoting a proactive culture of accountability, hazard prevention, and continuous improvement.
