**Pay Range** $18\.81 \- $27\.79**Purpose** This position is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by receiving exceptional customer service and product information. **Minimum Eligibility Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED * 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company * Excellent communication skills (verbal \& written) * Ability to multi\-task and work in a fast\-paced environment **Essential Functions** * Act and work in a manner that is consistent with company’s core values * Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company’s safe lifting practices standard operating procedures * Demonstrate the ability to drive and teach the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail.
