**Position Overview** Radiance Pharmacy is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail\-oriented **Pharmacist\-in\-Charge (PIC)** to oversee our daily retail and clinical operations. As a dual\-NPI pharmacy (Retail and LTC), the PIC will lead pharmacy workflow, uphold strict California Board of Pharmacy regulatory compliance, supervise pharmacy personnel, provide clinical services including MTM, and support our small long\-term care patient base. Key Responsibilities **Regulatory Compliance \& Pharmacy Operations** * Serve as the official Pharmacist\-in\-Charge on file with the California State Board of Pharmacy, ensuring strict compliance with all state, federal, DEA, and HIPAA regulations across both retail and LTC operations. * Maintain, update, and implement pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality assurance programs, and annual Board self\-assessments. * Oversee controlled substance management, ordering, recordkeeping, biennial inventories, and CURES reporting. * Manage medication procurement, inventory levels, wholesaler relationships, expiration tracking, and cold\-chain storage integrity. * Maintain third\-party payer compliance, oversee claim adjudications,...
