Then make it real. **About the role** As our Director, Search Marketing, Americas, you'll lead a search marketing team responsible for driving commercial performance across multiple retailer platforms and geographies. You'll manage a multi\-million\-dollar search investment, guide strategy across paid and organic search, and help define the future direction of eCommerce marketing in the Americas.
