**SUMMARY** *Overview of the position* This position is mainly responsible for general accounting functions for a subsidiary company and works closely with Accounting Team on month\-end close, account reconciliations, and cash management. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** *The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.** Performs general accounting functions for Upper Deck’s subsidiary company Collect Forever * Maintains accounting for owner’s other entities, all done through QuickBooks. * Prepares journal entries and assists with month end close process. * Maintains accurate records, general ledger accounts and performs monthly balance sheet reconciliations. * Cash management. * Assists with audits and prepares audit work papers. * Performs other duties as assigned. **EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE*** Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance (preferred) or equivalent experience. **REQUIREMENTS** *To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
