Full\-Time \| Contingent Upon Contract Award** Roccomar, Inc. is seeking an experienced **Onsite Manager / Team Lead** to support a potential U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program in Washington, DC. This position will lead a team providing administrative, operational, logistical, business, and analytical support within a fast\-paced federal law\-enforcement environment. The Team Lead will serve as the primary liaison between Roccomar personnel and Government leadership and will be responsible for coordinating personnel, assignments, priorities, quality, and day\-to\-day contract support. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise a team providing administrative, operational, logistical, business, and analytical support. * Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government leadership. * Coordinate daily assignments and adjust personnel and resources as Government priorities change. * Manage competing requirements and short\-turnaround assignments while maintaining continuity of ongoing work. * Monitor team performance, workload, schedules, deliverables, and quality. * Coordinate preparation of reports, briefing materials...
