**Planned Parenthood North Central States** **Organizing and Advocacy Manager \- IA** **Pay: $56,000\-$64,000 per year** **Job Summary:** Under the supervision of the Director of Public Affairs \- Iowa, the Organizing \& Advocacy Manager will lead and execute grassroots organizing and advocacy efforts throughout Iowa. The Organizing \& Advocacy Manager is responsible for building a grassroots activist network and supporting coalitions with allied organizations and constituencies. Organizing \& Advocacy Manager works collaboratively with the Public Affairs team to strengthen community relationships, recruit and develop volunteers, and execute organizing activities for both Planned Parenthood North Central States and Planned Parenthood Advocates of Iowa. This position also supports tracking, analysis, and reporting of organizing and advocacy outcomes to measure progress toward campaign and annual goals.
