**PHARMACIST POSITION FOR CAPSMART PHARMACY( FREMONT ) with Great Work Hours \+ Benefits** Duties: \- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide medication counseling \- Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness \- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans \- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and safety \- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients \- Maintain accurate patient medication records \- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards Requirements: \- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy \- Valid state pharmacist license, vaccination certification, MTM certification \- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and dosage forms \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications \- Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment \- Knowledge of Immunization is a plus \-knowledge of 340b program is a plus \-knowledge of billing insurance ( Medical, Medicare, Commercial) \-knowledge of Pharmacy workflow and pharmac...
