**JOB SUMMARY:** The Full Stack Engineer designs, builds, deploys, and supports production\-grade web applications that advance CareQuest Institute’s mission and organizational priorities. The role owns application features end to end, from technical design and backend services to user\-facing experiences, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement. Working across product, data, analytics, and technology teams, the Full Stack Engineer develops secure, reliable, accessible, and maintainable applications using modern engineering practices. The role translates business and user needs into scalable technical solutions; integrates applications with enterprise data products and platforms; and helps ensure that CareQuest applications and services are reliable, well documented, and sustainable.
