Position Overview Pivot Solutions LLC is seeking a Field Estimator / Project Lead to support Sonoran Glass LLC’s estimating, project execution, and daily field coordination. This hands\-on role combines site assessments, cost estimating, customer communication, and coordination of people and materials from initial inquiry through project completion. Working with a small team, you will take direct ownership of assigned jobs, keep schedules moving, and resolve field issues with support from company leadership. This role is suited to an experienced estimator or field coordinator ready to take the lead on project delivery. Key Responsibilities · Visit customer properties and project sites to assess scope, take accurate measurements, document site conditions, and identify installation or access requirements. · Review drawings, specifications, and customer requirements; prepare estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor costs, and project timelines. · Obtain supplier quotes, confirm material availability and lead times, and prepare clear proposals with defined scope, assumptions, and exclusions. · Coordinate projects from approved estimate through procurement, scheduli...
