This position is responsible for leading the Engineering team, including manufacturing, automation, and facilities engineers. **Duties and Responsibilities** · Develop and implement short and long\-term engineering goals and objectives. · Develop and manage the Capital budget. · Build technical competencies within the engineering team, identifying and encouraging opportunities for knowledge acquisition and skills transfer within the team. · Drive continuous improvement, explore industry trends, develop strategies, and drive innovative solutions. · Work cross functionally to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. · Mentor and develop team via performance management process that sets expectations, ensures ongoing coaching/mentoring, and assesses performance and accountability. · Establish priorities, allocate resources, and develop action plans to drive improvement. · Utilize analytical, critical thinking and structured root cause analysis techniques for problem solving. * · Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required. * · Minimum of 5 years in Engineering roles supporting manufacturing in a highly regulated environment. * Must be willing and able to ...
