Family.** **We're looking to expand our Cincinnati mitigation team by incorporating an additional layer of field supervision.** **Description:** Without direct people leadership responsibility, this role will assist in the technical aspect of running field crews. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee field crews throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, including dispatching teams every morning * Ensure proper protocol is consistently followed per IICRC guidelines * See that quality and cleanliness of work meets H\+S guidelines * Lead on\-site team on all large multi\-family, commercial and high profit losses * Inspect ongoing jobs to ensure quality of work (including initial inspection on large/commercial jobs). * Provide on\-going technical training and support to team * Uphold same day communication standard and superior customer service * Assist with holdin...
