This role owns weekly reporting for the team, serves as the primary owner of the marketing inbox ticketing system and the ongoing implementation and optimization of our technology platform (Zendesk). The role is the process owner for field\-facing communications, including the weekly brew, monthly Coaches and FZ presentations, and ad hoc communications for regional events. This individual also manages ad hoc signage requests from cross\-functional partners outside of the core signage program, project manages new signage type tests as needed, and oversees vendor invoicing for all signage. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recurring workstreams and cross\-functional relationships at once.
