**Position: Bywater Implementation Manager** Founded in 2003, Roundstone is not your typical insurance company. We’re on a mission to help employers save on healthcare benefits so they can put those savings towards bettering their businesses and taking care of their employees. **Role Description** Our Captive Stop Loss Program allows small and mid\-size employers to take full advantage of self\-funding their health benefits. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role responsible for seamless communication and service delivery between the employer, their advisor and Third\-Party Administrator (Bywater).
