We’re now building out our **CRO function** and looking for a **Freelance CRO Specialist – Conversion \& Experimentation** to help us improve how our landing pages and lead\-capture journeys perform at scale. **Scale:** take conversion concepts we’ve already validated and test their ability to perform across more clients, verticals and markets. **Explore:** identify new conversion opportunities, turn them into clear hypotheses and run experiments to validate or invalidate them.
