**Job Overview** The IT Solutions Specialist’s primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between our business needs and our technology capabilities. In this role, you will become the lead architect for new technology adoptions, software integrations, and process automations. You will evaluate emerging software and cloud tools, design comprehensive technical solutions, and partner with our outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) to bring these systems to life. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Solution Architecture:** Design end\-to\-end technology blueprints for department specific projects, ensuring compatibility with our existing cloud and software architecture. * **Technology Evaluation:** Conduct market research, attend vendor demonstrations, and run Cost\-Benefit Analyses (CBA) for new software platforms and SaaS tools. * **Integration Management:** Map data workflows and configure APIs or identity providers (SSO) to ensure diverse software platforms interconnect securely. * **MSP Technical Direction:** Author clear technical specifications and scope\-of\-work documentation for our outsourced IT vendor, overseeing their engineering teams during deployment. * **Change Managemen...
