Description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer\-oriented AI Developer to join our team. This role requires hands\-on technical expertise, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to delivering high\-quality solutions. The position is remote with the possibility of occasional client site travel. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** * Interview customers to understand and document their current state data analytical needs and how AI solutions can solve those needs * Elicit requirements and develop technical designs and specifications for new AI solutions * Install, configure, test, administer, and document the use of AI/ML tools in use within the AI environment * Design and train machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow and Scikit\- Learn for predictive analytics and automation * Utilize modern AI frameworks to design AI applications that use Language Models (LLMs) and adapt LLMs with prompt engineering and fine tuning.
