**Role Summary** The Development Lead owns delivery for Greenshades' Payroll product line, leading a team of engineers responsible for building and evolving core payroll and tax functionality. This role combines hands\-on senior\-level technical contribution with people leadership, mentoring the team while partnering closely with Product Management to translate priorities into shipped, reliable software.
