The Director of Service owns how Harvest serves across every location, along with the front\-of\-house business behind it. **What you'll be accountable for** * A guest gets the same warmth and the same standard at every location * Supporting the front\-of\-house Operations team * Restaurant Managers are growing into complete operators, with reviews held to one standard across locations and delivered on time * Front\-of\-house labor and sales track to target across the brand, and a variance is explained and acted on in the week it happens * When a Restaurant Manager is out or leaves, there is a plan and someone ready to step in, including you when needed * All aspects of Service for the Harvest brand, including associated software and technology * Champion for systems like Toast POS and 7Shifts. * Always seeking to improve the Harvest brand by identifying and planning ways to create better service, a better environment for guests and the ...
