As a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist you’ll play an important role in welcoming and assisting individuals pursuing legal immigration to the United States. Working at the USCIS Application Support Center office, you’ll greet applicants with patience and care and guide them through their biometrics appointment – a process that includes identity verification and biometric capture. Amentum provides all required job training for qualified candidates. Compensation: $19\.15 (SCA position) * This is an hourly, overtime\-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act.
