**Job description:** We are currently looking for a dynamic Accountant Portfolio Manager to join our accounting team in Cameron Park, CA. This role will be responsible for the full cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of apartment financials. The ideal candidate is detailed\-oriented, trustworthy, organized, and self\-motivated. Arrowhead Housing is a boutique property management company dedicated to creating unique experiences. We manage various size apartment communities. We are customer and resident\-focused and unwaveringly committed to the highest standards. The Accounting Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day\-to\-day accounting for a portfolio of multi\-family apartment locations. This position reports to the Controller and will work out of our Cameron Park Office. The requirements of this position will include; **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Education: Associate’s degree in business administration, Accounting or higher preferred * Experience: A minimum of 4\+ years of related accounting experience in multifamily property management preferred.
