Toth \& Associates, Inc. (TOTH) has an opening for a Transmission Engineer III/IV. As a Transmission Engineer III/IV, you will independently perform the design, analysis, and implementation of transmission line projects to ensure safe and reliable power delivery. You will apply advanced engineering principles to develop conceptual, preliminary, and final designs while coordinating with project teams, clients, and contractors. In this role, you will take increasing ownership of project deliverables, provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers, and contribute to project planning and execution. Working under the general direction of a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer, you will lead portions of projects, support quality initiatives, and help develop engineering best practices across the organization. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Independently design high\-voltage transmission lines, poles, and related structures while performing structural, electrical, and line performance analyses. * Utilize PLS\-CADD, PLS\-POLE, AutoCAD, and other engineering software to develop detailed transmission line models and construction designs. * Prepare design ca...
