Navira Federal is hiring a Lead Cybersecurity Manager (ISSM) to provide technical oversight across a federal agency's cybersecurity program and to back up the Project Manager when needed. **What you'll do** * Provide technical oversight across security operations, risk management, security engineering, and assessment * Guide secure cloud implementation * Mentor senior engineers, analysts, and assessors * Review work products for quality before they reach the customer * Recommend prioritized fixes for systemic security risks * Step in for the Project Manager when needed **What you need** * One of these current certifications: CISSP, CISA, CGRC, CRISC, or CISM * U.S. citizenship * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university * Federal cybersecurity experience in a leadership or supervisory role * Cloud security experience since September 2024 * Experience since September 2024 in at least four of the program's seven task areas on federal projects: \[the seven task areas, in general terms] * Ability to work on site Monday through Friday and to support an after hours on call rotation **Nice to have** * Experience in six or more of the areas above * SIEM administration expe...
