**QUALIFICATIONS:** . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred) or 10\+ years related experience. . At least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance or network engineering required. . At least 5 years of experience with USN cybersecurity policy, solutions, and direction. . Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, including mentoring and performance management. . In\-depth knowledge of NSA CSfC Capability Packages, including expertise in areas like Mobile Access, Campus WLAN, Data\-at\-Rest, and Multi\-Site Connectivity. . Strong technical proficiency in encryption technologies (e.g., IPsec, TLS), virtual private networks (VPNs), firewalls, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. . Relevant CSfC training such as Trusted Integrator training. . Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, PMP, CISM preferred. . Experience with commercial security products from vendors like Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft or Juniper, and familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FIPS 140\-2\). .
