**Role:** ========= The AVP\- Regional Sales Manager / Hale Street Branch Manager is responsible for driving retail sales, business development, relationship growth, and sales accountability throughout the Credit Union's branch network while also providing leadership and management support to the Hale Street Main Office. Approximately 25% of this role will be dedicated to the Hale Street Main Office, including maintaining a regular on\-site presence and providing leadership, coaching, and support to the two Assistant Branch Managers and branch team. The Assistant Branch Managers will manage much of the day\-to\-day branch activity, with the AVP providing management oversight, employee development, escalation support, and accountability for branch sales and service results. The remaining 75% of the role will focus on regional sales leadership, business development, and growth, partnering directly with Branch Managers across the Credit Union to achieve established sales goals, develop new business opportunities, deepen member relationships, and drive measurable growth in membership, deposits, loans, referrals, and product utilization.
