UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is looking for a **Scribe/Medical Writer** to support a medical oncology physician in York, PA. **What We’re Looking For:** * Someone who wants to contribute to a supportive and dynamic team environment. * Strong typing skills and knowledge of medical terminology. * Experience in a medical office setting; bonus points for prior scribe or transcription experience. * Enthusiastic, detail\-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast\-paced clinical setting. * Experience in oncology. **Your Impact:** As a vital member of the medical staff, you’ll work closely with the physician to ensure accurate documentation in the EMR. Responsibilities include: * Recording physician\-patient conversations and summarizing consultations. * Managing clerical tasks like printing lab reports and scheduling. * Operating electronic medical records and anticipating physician needs to keep patient care flowing smoothly.
