### **Summary** In the role of Sourcing Specialist II will be responsible for the review and execution of routine procurement documents (PO’s, SPO’s, RQs) for an assigned group of spend categories, meeting with departmental customers to assess their needs, and sharing sourcing\-related agreements and supplier relationships with departmental customers to help facilitate issues, questions or concerns and drive compliance and improve their purchasing experience. Must maintain a customer\-centric, supportive, and collaborative purchasing environment. ### **Primary Responsibilities** * Review requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documentation to ensure compliance with MCW policies and procedures, IRS regulations, applicable external requirements, and audit standards.
