This person will support the Operations Finance Director and Plant Finance Leader in leading and managing the financial controls and performance at the site. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Leads monthly accounting close. This includes journal entry review and approval, completion of monthly financial reports and schedules. * Responsible for general ledger accounts residing on the site’s trial balance. This includes formal reconciliation and analysis of all accounts in cooperation with shared services center. * Lead monthly forecast and annual budget preparation. This includes coordinating requirements with the manufacturing plant management and finance staff as well as corporate functions. * Prepares monthly P\&L and cash flow variance analysis, distribution center specific KPIs, and coordinates/tracks financial improvement actions. * Verifies and approves financial impact of cost saving/continuous improvement initiatives. * Manages capital spent budget for the distribution c...
