Position Summary Midpen Media Center is seeking an experienced **Business Development \& Production Services Manager** to help grow our professional media services, strengthen client relationships, and support the coordination of studio, field, livestream, and community productions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business development and client\-service skills with excellent project management, organization, and production coordination. The position works closely with the Executive Director and production team to support client projects, coordinate resources and schedules, and help ensure productions are efficiently managed and successfully delivered. The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding Midpen Media’s professional services while helping strengthen production workflows and customer experience across the organization.
