Grow Your Career.** We’re looking for a **Bilingual** **Senior Project Manager** who oversees the end\-to\-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex and/or high\-volume projects. These initiatives span intricate renovations, bulk make\-ready/vacant unit turnover, and capital expenditures within the multi\-family sector. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role expertly manages scale—overseeing 25\-40 active projects or multiple recurring contractual properties —as well as strict complexity, including compliance with stringent federal, DOD, or secured\-site regulations. The Senior Project Manager directs internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors while partnering directly with owners’ representatives, contracting officers, and property managers.
