Description: FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a results\-driven Director based in Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, to lead and scale multi\-state operations across multiple airports and locations. The Director is a strategic, hands\-on leader responsible for overseeing Regional Managers I and II, as well as General Managers, ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue growth, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and cultivating strong customer relationships. This position plays a key leadership role in FoxTrot’s growth strategy—bridging executive direction with regional execution, developing leadership talent, and ensuring each market consistently operates to FoxTrot’s standards of **safety, reliability, and quality**. **The Director oversees the combination of Regional Manager I and Regional Manager II, General Manager III and General Manager IV’s who have between 25\-60\+ location team members, service 2\-4 service verticals of Private Aircraft Detailing, Commercial Aircraft Cleaning, Facility Cleaning and MRO Detailing generating $**4M to $12M\+ in revenue.
