HM Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Site Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well\-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high\-quality cleaning services across various environments. The Site Manager is in a working position that performs cleaning duties and supervises the work activities of janitorial staff on all shifts at our client's facility. Duties include but are not limited to: Assigning work tasks to the staff, inspecting work, investigating and correcting customer complaints regarding janitorial services, training employees, coaching and counseling on performance, and recommending terminations when necessary. **This position requires great flexibility.** **Hours: Monday \-Friday 3:00pm \-11:30pm ( overtime required upon customer request )** **Compensation: $20/hr** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES:** * Maintain good client relations. * Resolve all customer issues in a timely manner. * Participate in interviewing, make hiring decisions, and train new hires. * Enforces policy and procedures.
