**Description** The Staff Engineer will work on a variety of 13\.2kV to 500kV underground utility transmission and distribution projects. The Lead Engineer will work with a project team to implement effective and creative solutions for the grid according to budget constraints, design factors, and client needs. This position will require interfacing with utility clients and collaborating with multiple offices. * Lead design teams of 2 to 10 engineers and designers and work closely with construction, procurement, and permitting teams to execute underground transmission and distribution construction projects. * Work closely with local and national leadership to develop new clients and continue building relationships with existing clients. * Support business development efforts with new clients across North America. * Support thought leadership, including conference attendance, marketing, and other internal initiatives. * Prepare and develop distribution and transmission voltage construction packages for underground projects, including manhole and equipment installation, conduit and duct bank design, feeder replacement, cable replacement, and new feeder design. * Develop routing analys...
