From the moment you are hired, we are committed to growing your capabilities.* The primary purpose of this position is to manage accounting functions, prepare financial statements, and organize and maintain accounting practices that ensure reliable and accurate data for the business operations of Woodland Centers. *Full\-time position, Monday through Friday.* Job Duties: * Prepare financial statements and coordinate the audit process. * Updates distribution tables, reviews, and assists with policy and procedure updates and prepare program grant/contract budgets. * Supervision; work with employees to define job descriptions, training, and equipment, performance evaluations, and problem solving. * Coordinate Woodland Centers pension plan with the Plan Administrator and Woodland Center Staff. To complete required reports and participate in discussions related to the Pension Plan. Assist staff who may need assistance with enrollment in the pension plan web site. * Designated projects.
