This is an **analytical role, not a creative one**. Our Content Creator already produces the creative. Your job is to turn it into results: building campaigns, launching ads across platforms, tracking performance, and optimizing so every dollar brings in more customers. You'll help manage **$20,000/month in ad spend** and work directly with the owner. **What You'll Do** * Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including structure, ad groups, and ad sets * Run and optimize Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) ad campaigns * Help launch and test ChatGPT ads as a brand\-new channel * Track cost per click, cost per lead, and conversion rates, then move budget toward what works * Use Google Analytics to monitor traffic, behavior, and conversions on our website * Find and recommend conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements * Keep tracking and attribution clean in GoHighLevel so every lead ties back to its source * Partner with our Content Creator to turn finished creative into live, high\-performing ads * Own reporting on spend, results, and recommended next moves **What We're Looking For** * Hands\-on experience running Google Ads and/or Meta ads (certifications not required) * S...
