Lead client retention for Sodexo across North America using the Clients for Life process. Conduct executive client interviews, FreshEyes Reviews and PostMortem Audits, and convert feedback into action plans that strengthen long\-term partnerships. Proven ability to influence without authority, lead change, and translate client feedback into measurable business improvements. Strong communication and data skills required.
