Job Description **Your role** ------------- \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*Compensation: Base salary range $149K to $170K depending on knowledge, experience and skills. With an annual bonus potential of up to 15% of annual salary. **Mission** While ensuring safety is the top priority, manage and develop the regional service operations team, including optimizing operational performance, and driving regional service business results in accordance with The Way We Do Things. **Roles and Responsibilities** Manage and develop regional service operations team into a modern, professional and cost\-efficient business unit with full customer dedication. Implement training for sustainable growth and consolidation of the competence of the region. Drive and support the training and development of all service operations employees in the region to optimize operational performance and promote upward mobility. Manage resources to meet financial and service operation targets, including: Service Variance, Work In Process, Service Plan Backlog, Technician Utilization, and Warranty.
