This position reports directly to the Site Controller at our plant in Chittenango, New York. The position plays a key role within the finance function of the organization. It will provide an opportunity for growth so the individual will be ready to assume an assistant controllership role within a five\-year period. The position requires the candidate to have a minimum of four to five years of combined experience, in both general ledger and cost accounting and in a manufacturing setting. A strong understanding of the manufacturing business cycles and controls is required. Having any public accounting experience is also a plus.
