E\-Commerce Warehouse Associate **ArtSkills** **Department:** Ecommerce / DSV (Direct Ship Vendor) Fulfillment **Reports To:** E\-Commerce Fulfillment \& Warehouse Supervisor **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, On\-Site **Location:** Bethlehem, PA Job Summary The E\-Commerce Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day\-to\-day fulfillment of online orders and the accuracy of inventory across ArtSkills' E\-Commerce and DSV (Direct Ship Vendor) operations. This role picks, packs, and ships daily orders; maintains accurate inventory and tracks data across multiple retail and fulfillment platforms; supports receiving and cycle counts; and helps keep the DSV stockroom safe, organized, and running smoothly. The Associate also serves as backup to the Warehouse Supervisor as needed and plays a key role in resolving day\-to\-day fulfillment and inventory issues. Key Accountabilities * Print, pick, pack, and ship daily orders received in ShipStation, ensuring shipments are routed to the correct carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). * Update inventory in Retail Link, Supplier Hub, Amazon, ShipStation, Access, and Commerce Hub to ensure accurate stock counts are available across all systems. * Fill i...
