Job Summary: Supports and drives operational excellence in the Company’s core strategies; manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of designated field operation activities including, but not limited to: administrative and operations planning and client satisfaction while remaining within budget. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Enforce company policies, make recommendations on improvements to existing policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard the company. * Provide leadership of region operations including vulnerability mitigation, incident response, and risk assessments. * Ensure all day\-to\-day operations are operating within the procedures set forth by the company. These operational categories include recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations and administrative responsibilities. * Serve as escalation point to client/employee inquiries, concerns, and/or complaints. Prevent future issues by examining all past situations and maintaining a proactive thought process. * Implements operational strategies that improve execution and provide additional value to customers in a cost\-effective manner.
